Clicking indicates a mechanical failure — usually read/write head damage. Stop using the drive immediately. Do not attempt to run disk check or recovery software. Bring it to our cleanroom lab — clicking drives have a high success rate when handled properly and promptly.

Standard recovery takes 24–72 hours. Complex cases like RAID arrays or severe physical damage may take 3–7 days. We offer express service for urgent business cases. You will always receive a timeline estimate before work begins.
Can I courier my device from another city?+
Absolutely. We regularly receive devices via courier from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and other states. Pack the drive in anti-static bubble wrap, use a hard box, and call us before shipping. We will provide our lab address and safe packaging instructions.
Can you decrypt ransomware-encrypted files?+
In many cases, yes — especially for families like STOP/DJVU, Dharma, Phobos, and older LockBit variants. We first identify the ransomware strain through analysis, then attempt decryption using known decryptors and proprietary techniques. We do not recommend paying ransom before consulting us.
What does "No Data, No Charge" mean exactly?+
It means if we cannot recover your data successfully, you pay nothing for the data recovery, the diagnosis fee is partial. You only pay the agreed amount (diagnosis, prior to recovery) after you have verified the recovered data and are satisfied with what we've retrieved.
